Violent crime is a serious issue effecting citizens in the United States. At any given instance, one could be robbed, raped and/or murdered. In order to protect and lessen the likelihood of one becoming a victim of violent crime, I encourage everyone to legally carry concealed handguns. Carrying concealed handguns greatly reduces crime rates. I know there are some limits to carrying handguns, such as not being old enough as well as not being in agreeance with this right. During my speech, I will use ethos, pathos, and logos to appeal to my audience.
