While going to stores a customer is able to find the best deals in store and on the other hand while shopping online on Cyber Monday they can do this instantly while being at their office or living room, and avoiding chaos and the traveling commute on the way home. Going into the store could be a better option for a customer who may have questions about the product, since sales representatives will be available to answer questions about features and benefits to the product as how it might be more suitable for them rather than the competition. Making the product visible to the customer gives them the ability to see the different features it offers and will persuade the customers to buy it. If the customer does decide to buy the product it will provide a win-win situation for both the customer and the retailer as the retailer will gain revenue by the sale and the customer will walk away happy with their new product.
