Best Buy has had a problems just like any company. The biggest one they are currently facing is Amazon. Best Buy has lost so much business due to customers coming in and price checking what they want from Best Buy, but going else where to get it cheaper. At the same time customers are tired of going into Best Buy to get an item that there online site said was in, but when they get to the store its not really in stock. Another issue that is being brought up is the customer service that people are receiving from the workers. They are either not getting any help, not enough help, understaffed or unprofessional help. In today 's society customer srevice isn 't so friendly, they do not know the products good enough, understaffed and over worked. While people are busy with there jobs and home life some of us just do not have the time to go shopping in the stores. So while were at work you can get almost everything from an online site right to your door. This cuts out the poor service and attitudes we all get from the workers. Best Buy shouldn 't be worried about its competition instead they should be worrying how to improve there store and new ideas, maybe talk to the customers about deals so they do not have to price match with Amazon. Maybe find a different supplier to be able to lower there prices. Some ways to keep peoples attention while they are browsing is to relate to them on a personal level, but not to personal some may not like that. Customers like things to resemble them in some way or another. Best Buys needs to train there employees to provide good customer service and work on there selling skills. Not everyone can make a good sales person. Selling skills are very important especially at Best Buy. If the customer doesn 't like the way you are doing something they will find a way away from you. If they are going to be a returning customer they will avoid you helping them again. There is a correct way to do sales and …show more content…
The customers needs to be asked if they have any feedback on how to make things better. Show them how to make the device that they are looking at personal. Don 't just show them how to do the basics have the upload an image or something. While they are looking at it tell them how they can be rewarded for being a loyal customer. Employees need to laugh and joke around so there visit isn 't boring and just full of nothing but information. Best Buy needs to treat them right even after the sale. That is just as important as making the sale. You want them to come back and also to spread the word on there pleasant
