I definatly agree with you on number four its so easy to see the bad and anaylize it and find ways to try and fix it but often the good goes unnoticed. Springfield does have a higher crime rate then most would expect but there are also so many community programs that are attempting to reach out to th community to fix the crime rate and Springfield's down falls. Schools are creating and partnering with others to create devent youth programs. The fact hat our volunteer rate is higher then the national average, you wouldnt expect that if you simply walked arround
