The state of Texas has been refusing to insert air conditioning to most of it prisons. Inmates have been dying of hypothermia and yet very few have stood up to this horrible crime the state has committed. In the summer of 2011 nine inmates died because of the hot summer temperature. According to the article Every Veterinarian has Her Day in Court written by Portia Stewart, “From a legal standpoint a key component of any animal abuse case is to match up the state's law on animal cruelty to the abused animal's experience. And this means law enforcement may look to veterinarians to testify for these animals,” (Stewart, Portis). Law enforcement has to take the animals experience and compare it to the state laws on animal cruelty. In most situations, they will look to veterinarians to testify for animals because they know more about them than most. According to the article “every veterinarian has her day in court, “A 3- to 4-month old male pit bull, shot six times, hung from the fence outside an abandoned house by his black vinyl collar, his intestines spilling like a waterfall from his…

Many people think that conventional HVAC systems can filter out a chemical and biological threats if they are aerosolized. That is wrong, for a few reasons, a terrorists chemical or bio-weapon that becomes airborne is not suspect to being neutralized in a conventional HVAC system. If no chemical processes are used in the HVAC systems, such as deionization of UV light exposure to all particles passing through the systems, the weapon will still get some of the original concentration through the system and into the space that people occupy. People may also think that many, many cycles through an HVAC system will cause the weapon to be neutralized, but theoretically, hypothetically, the weapon will just have more chances of infecting other surfaces, equipment, tools, and other things that a person will be exposed to if used. The only effective way of preventing an attack is to immediately notice, block, prevent, or force it out of the space people do or will occupy.…

Although round cables are more common, it may prove necessary to use flat cables when the space between the tubing collars and casing ID is restricted. The image to the right shows the various ‘’layers’’ in an ESP cable. There are three conductors which are at the core of the cable.
