Accounting is an important career in society because they are the heart of handling money. There are accountants that help their clients through many different aspects of finances. There are different departments in accounting such as managerial accountant, or tax account, and even government accountant. “Accountants and auditors perform overviews of the financial operations of a business in order to help it run efficiently” ("Accounting is About More than Crunching Numbers: Learn What Other Duties an Accountant Holds"). Accounting isn’t something easy. He or she will have to know how to calculate numbers and check every step carefully to make sure everything is correct and accurate. “One unique thing about accounting is that you can enter the field with education at every degree level” ("Accounting is About More than Crunching Numbers: Learn What Other Duties an Accountant Holds"). In order to be an accountant, one must receive the proper education and experience. This is a great career field for those hoping to work with finances and benefit people.
Accountants benefit people with their finances through budgeting, examining financial records, and filing taxes.
