Fetal abnormalities are sometimes reasons that a woman doesn't want to have a baby, so abortion helps women that are pregnant gave the option not to bring fetuses with those mental issues to full term. Women that are denied abortion and have to have the baby most of the time end up becoming unemployed, in poverty and others because they didn't have the money to take care of the baby and didn't have the time to get a job because of the baby. When they have the choice they are able to get an abortion if they financially cannot care for the child. The most relevant answer to why we should keep abortion legal, a baby should not come into the world unwanted. If you have to have a baby that you didn't you are going to resent them for ruining your life especially if you were still in school, even though it wasn't the child's fault. Abortion does reduce crime because if abortion was illegal there would be women that would illegally do if it's doing it on herself to finding a doctor to do it, but it is unsafe and would be illegal, and they could go to jail for murder. Starting back in April of 1989 he did not attend an event because his family was threatened by anti-abortion activists.
