Abortion is not beneficial because it is murder. Murder is the killing of a human being that is done by another human being. Multiple laws and scientific studies show that babies are human beings and are apart of the laws. Acc. The Declaration of Independence:
“All men are created equal, that they are endowed by their creator with certain unalienable rights, that among these are life, liberty and pursuit of happiness.”...
Abortion takes away from the unborn the inalienable right to life that the founding fathers intended for all human beings... Abortion is murder. Likewise, abortion is not following the law, so it is illegal, and it does not follow the 14th Amendment. Even though it is against the law because it is murder people still use abortion; however there are many people that want it stopped. For instance, according to “Abortion Late-Term…”, when George W. Bush was president he tried banning abortion and it was passed by law and went through multiple signing and passes. It was the first time any medical procedure to be a crime and whoever tried violating it, will go into prison. (“Abortion Late-Term” n.pag.) Presidents have tried banning it, mothers, daughters, grandparents, teachers, the government, they all want abortion to be banned. There are some people that think abortion works for their convenience, yet there are many more people that want to stop abortion. In addition, according to Wills Susan, “Thanks to eight years of hearings and debates in congress, pro-life educational efforts, and the proliferation of alternate news sources, particularly the internet, American did learn about partial-birth abortions, and over 70% want to ban them” (Wills, Susan n.pag.). Ultimately, this shows that multiples studies on abortion are taking place, and the main idea that they found was more than half of the people want abortion to be stopped. People have freedom of speech, and that they said that abortion needs to be banned, as a result listen to the citizens. Not just the citizens want this banned, but the congress, news sources, government, presidents, and many more citizens in the world, agree that abortion is not right.
