Paleo diet is a diet that states it is the way Humans were genetically designed to eat. In this diet you can't eat Legumes, beans, and tofu, starchy vegetables, Dairy, high fat means (salami), sugars, processed foods and salty foods. Advantages; You eat less bad things, You eat more food things (very nutritious variety of foods), Helps balance diet (less sugar and salt) helps with illnesses (diabetes and blood pressure) and Decreases your exposure to additives. Disadvantages; Challenging if you restrict animal products in your diet, Diet overall is restrictive and lacks variety, Takes a lot of commitment to stick to the diet, Cuts our entire food groups out that provide benefits, Lower reference to daily carbohydrate intake, the diet recommends just 35- 45% of your daily calories from carbs

By having no carbohydrates those that are dieting on this diet bodies go Ketosis- a state where the body thinks it's being starved so it begins to burn off it's stored fat so initial fat loss in its early stages of the diet can be rapid. Advantages; The diet promotes rapid fat loss, Enables dieters to eat unlimited rich protein and fatty foods, The Atkins diet has been proven, This diet is not as time-consuming and expensive as some other popular diets.
