Self-fulfilling prophecies is the perceptual process in which our expectations about another person cause that person to act more consistently with those expectations. As a manager or a coach, they have the power to see the potential in others that they don't necessarily see themselves. They can encourage actions from the people they see through positive and negative reinforcement. It is important that leaders need to develop and maintain a positive, yet realistic, expectation towards their employees/ players. Instead of the one-dimensional focus on Percy Jackson, the other heroes that accompanied him on his journeys are now brought into the limelight. One of his famous companions, Annabeth Chase, now tells us what it is like to be a demigod through her eyes. In the book, The House of Hades by Rick Riordan, Annabeth was sent on a wild goose chase to find her missing boyfriend, Percy, scoured the tunnels underneath Rome in search for the Athena Parthenos to prevent war between the two demigod camps, and now plunged to her death into the pit of Tartarus. As one of the Prophecy of Seven, Annabeth…

For a start, Ares was not as he seemed because he served Kronos and backstabbed Percy. The backpack was not as it seemed, it was the master bolt all along. And Luke was definitely not as he seemed.…
