Every company wants to improve the quality of their product which in turn will increase the market potential of their product. Food companies are also among those companies those have always tried to develop new ways to provide fresh and healthy foods to their customers. In this process, they have to face some difficulties. These difficulties usually happen in the sorting phase of foods. Everyone knows after the passage of time, every food item loses its freshness. As a result, it changes some of the most important properties of food items that are very important to sell these products.
