Structure: Decision Making Decision-making is a very important part of everyone 's life. Everyone might have distinctive and vital choices to make in their lives, and those choices will dependably influence one 's destiny directly or indirectly. There are examples of very important decisions that are made every day. Decisions not only affect one’s present, but also their future. There are two concepts of decision making, one is agency, and the other is structure. Agency refers to one’s own choice of making decision; whereas structure refers to society’s influence on an individual’s choice. In spite of having accomplished gender orientation equality in elementary school enrollments, Bangladesh still has far to go to accomplish gender value, access to quality instruction for all women, completion of fundamental training with adequate competency levels and pertinent life abilities and equivalent parts for women and girls in the public eye. Sex separation begins from a girl’s birth and proceeds all through life in Bangladesh. Due to cultural factors, girls don’t get to go to school while their male siblings do. In Bangladesh, some families think girls don’t need any education because they have to end up being in a kitchen and taking care of their families. I believe these key issues must be tended to both inside of schools and in the more extensive society. Bangladesh endures a broken two-party framework, in which the two party leaders wage an individual quarrel at the nation 's cost. This issue is best tended to through institutional changes that improve the popularity based character of Bangladesh. This issue also led to other conflicts such as freedom of expression. Last year three online writers were slashed to death in Bangladesh. All three of them were nonreligious blogger and in their writings they have expressed their view on religion which led them to death. There were many other Bangladeshi people who were victims of political violence. Many people in Bangladesh have paid a big price for expressing their feelings and that has taught other people to resist themselves from their freedoms. Most people move to America just to have a better future for themselves and their families. As I grew up, I would always hear people saying great things about America. It is considered to be the best country in the world for many. America is perfect in its every stage such as education, work, equalities, and even politics. While I was growing up, I heard from my relatives, who were living, that America has made their dream come true by providing them with proper resources and equalities. After that
