The human body is such a familiar concept to us however we still have so many questions why things are the way they are. Some of us have irrational fears while others do not, we could be allergic to something that our neighbors are not. Even though humans have been cut from the same cloth we still have a large variation in who we are. This isn’t a problem per se, but it makes you question why things are the way they are. And for this project I will be focusing on the irrational fears that some humans face. In my body project I am going to get over my fear of flying. This territory is completely unexplored in my book anyway. My Grandfather was a World War Two veteran who repaired the B-24 planes in the United States Military. And I feel as though I should be able to get on a plane to see other parts of the world without needing to see combat. I honestly have refused to fly as long I can remember, and I have not been able to justify my statements. My first chance I ever had the option of flying was in the first grade to go to the happiest place on Earth “Walt Disney World.” As exciting as this offer was I said I could not get on a plane and my parents changed the plans so we would drive to Florida. At the time I was so thankful for them respecting my wishes however looking back I should have just been thrown onto a plane and not have the option to second guess. I know I am not the first or the last to be scared of flying, my parents didn’t start flying until I was around…
