The belief in the number of teenage pregnancies not improving and lessening is because it 's a cycle and some teenagers believe this cycle is ok. The reasoning for participating in the act can vary from peer pressure to even the misconceptions of the penalties this act will have. Teenage years is where you start to do a lot of you 're learning about life and most individuals are curious about everything they encounter. If they encounter this act and are told by everyone else who was just as curious as them and didn’t know any better than everyone would be in the same boat.
