My topic is sedentary lifestyle, and it is a type of lifestyle with no or irregular physical activity; moreover, is define as a person who does not receive regular amounts of physical activity, doesn’t keep track for their diet, doesn’t care about what they eat. It is very unfortunate that people are not aware about their lifestyle toward their health and to be able to bring it to notice. I will be targeting all the employees that work in the IT department’s X-Factor management. This typical work becomes a practical problem for many workers, because too much sitting can lead to health problems. My goal is to give the proper education and improving the way their body performs by creating the most effective workout routine possible to reach their …show more content…
Secondly, is contemplation; at this stage I will be showing videos or share a story about how sedentary lifestyle has affect people capacity to be isolated and how unpleasant it feel, this can also get them thinking to change their health behavior. And in top of that; I will also invite a fitness professional trainer to encourage the IT employees to weigh the pros and cons of a healthy behavioral change, from there they can start to better understand the benefits of adopting a physical-activity program and making other positive lifestyle changes. Then, is preparation, in this moment there is seriousness because the employees are now very concern about their sedentary lifestyle; so then now they will began to engage in some form of physical activity such as walking or cycling to work or school, doing housework, gardening, or can do active recreational activities and do sports, like exercising, fitness training at a gym or during an exercise class, swimming and competitive sports can be involve such as football, rugby, tennis and soccer. The fitness professional, will work with each employees to create a plan for adopting healthy lifestyle changes and overcoming challenges. This plan will include how to fit physical activity into a busy work schedule, making healthy food choices when eating out and identifying and creating a social
