It has always been a controversial topic since the ancient times and the abortion laws differ in each country. There are over 1.1 million abortions in the United States each year and the number continues to grow. The United States abortion rate is among the highest in the world within developed countries (abortion). Imagine if you were an adolescent teen girl, who had unprotected sex because of peer pressure, alcohol, drugs, lack of education, or even rape.
