If the immigrant is within a specific age range, say twenty to sixty-seven, they must have a job or show proof that they are partaking in some sort of schooling. Also, if an illegal immigrant has committed any crime then they should be immediately returned to their original country. The unauthorized immigrants would have a specific time span on their work visas and if they are not approved for citizenship by the end of that time period, then they as well would be returned to their home countries. As for the legal kids, I believe that the parents should probably have the choice as to whether or not they go back across the border or stay in the United States, of course this would also depend on the case.
