The organization of a business is in this case directed towards the inclusion of tools, raw materials, personnel and capital in running the functions of an organization.
Henrich consequently needs to establish the manner in which the organizations human and non-human resources can be aligned to the organizations structure an aspect that would be achieved through the identification of activities aimed at expanding his venture through product and process innovation, classification of the groupings activities, deliberation of duties, delegation of authority to the manners, and the coordination of authority with the aim of establishing responsible relationships (Grötsch, et.al.2013)

Through planning, Henrich is in a position to develop a comprehensive strategy for the company in exploiting the market and infiltrating the company’s products within this industry. On the other hand, organizing basically refers to determining what activities need to be done for a plan to be implemented. This process may involve delegation of duties, creation of groups or hiring more staff among other key activities (Shafiee, et.al.2016). One of Henrich’s plans is to restructure the organization from the current matrix structure to a more inclusive structure. Though similar to a functional organizational structure, the human capital in this organization are grouped into different sections specifically; design, production, customer service and sales departments, the fact that Henrich considers himself part of the departments yet he is still in charge of the other managers makes it a matrix organizational structure.
