Since I will teaching such young children I must be very perspective of any learning disabilities and exceptionalities. "Because you work directly with students every day, you are in the best position to identify students who may have exceptionalities."(Kauchak & Eggen, 2014) As a teacher of young children, it is my responsibility to be perceptive of any learning disabilities or if any of my students are struggling any subject. A student may not have a disability, but may be falling behind in their schoolwork.
