The world completely changes after World War II, many things strongly influence to human beings. One of the best things which change the tradition lifestyle of human beings is media. People know to use new technology in their life to get the best efficient and then they use them in many fields such as education, environment, and business. The education is affected seriously by developing of media, so Peter Sack even feel confusing about that change about this problem, so Peter wrote this book to remind and warn audience about the influence of media. Peter Sack published “The Postmodern Spectacle and Generation X” from “Generation X Goes to College” in 1996. There are many examples of how technology affects general life and education that it was not considered before. The author used successfully the Pathos in his article when he put his emotion on many words or sentences. He wrote “It was cool to be, if not dumb, to act as if ignorance of public affairs was sign that you were too cool for all that serious grown-up garbage”(p.80). Besides, to attract his audience through his article, the author used many words to express his feeling like “stupid”, “ignorance” to talk to student who have a low intelligent.
