Positives: What makes the Walt Disney Company stand out from other companies is that it has many intangible assets. The company has a good reputation, trusting relationships, and great customer loyalty. I thought it was great as a cast member we are taught to recycle, and learn to be resourceful with the products that we have. Examples that I can give it when we are eating on lunch there are signs by the napkins saying only take what you need with a picture of sad Disney characters. Also you can get free drinks at times if you bring your reusable water bottle. They must have healthy relationships with all countries, if they want to continue doing business. The book mentions that development in one stage may vary slower and faster in others. For example, I think the Walt Disney Company might not audit its activities and disclose the findings, which is one of the steps about releasing information and as I have found may be true. I cant find much transparent information about their scandals (transparency, stage 5). They may however be strong at 4 stage, just depends on the person you ask as well, ask the CEO he may say 5 in all. Others may think 4 or even 3 in areas because they are lacking
