Influence Of Entrepreneuerial Education

It could be argued that the conclusion of scholars pertaining to the positive influence of entrepreneurial activities on countries’ economies induce knowledge about entrepreneurial activities in todays’ fluid economy to become subjects of interest to all stakeholders (government, scholars, policy makers, consumers and so on). This entrepreneurial activities being talked about is as a result of increased entrepreneurial intention that is, the inclination towards not being dependent on current economy but creating one’s own economy. The recent changes adopted that is, inclusion of entrepreneurial education into Nigerian educational system at tertiary level has gained lots of attention from scholars around the globe. Using different theories, methods and samples, some factors such as family background, subjective norm, individual’s attitude, perceive behavioral control, access to finance or capital as well as entrepreneurial education were posited to be some of the factors that contributes or influence students’ intention to become an entrepreneur or at least engage in entrepreneurial activities (***).
