The Pony Express: A Way Of Ineficiency Of Communication?

In the past, there were many ways of inefficiency of communication. Starting in the mid-1800’s, people came up with the idea of the Pony Express. The Pony Express is made up of people, riding on horses traveling around the U.S. delivering messages. I believe this method of communication would be inefficient because it could take weeks or months to deliver a message depending on the distance between the two people. Nowadays it would hours or even minutes to deliver a message via email. Ancient Egypt was the first to develop farmed pigeons to carry messages. Later, Baghdad’s domesticated pigeons would fly straight home after delivering a message. I believe this would be quicker than the Pony Express, so I would go with pigeons. There were many
