The Polymers

The Creation of Rivers Long before humans walked the Earth, there existed two tribes of gods and goddesses. Though alike in appearance, that is where the similarities ended. Even though these groups were very different, they lived on two sides of the same land mass. On the left side of the land were the Aerosols, the kindest people to ever be created. They treated every creature with great respect. Though they took very little from the Earth, they were very grateful. To the right were the Polymers, a very mean-spirited group. This group found great pleasure in depleting Earth's bountiful lands, and destroying Earth's beautiful creatures. The middle land was greatly desired by the Polymers as they had already used up all of the resources on their side of the land. The Aerosoles however, were not as concerned. They were content with what they had. This being the case, they respectfully declined the offer to battle and told the Polymers they could claim the middle. By this point however, the Polymers were armed and ready to fight. Having a plethora of weapons at the ready, they decided to commence, what they thought would be, a fight till the death. The journey to the other side of the land proved to be challenging for the Polymers. The aroma of excess animal hide and meat brought along, distributed intense migraines to many. Through long, sleepless nights however, they persisted. On the fifth day, the Polymers arrived just before the Aerosol village. At that moment the Earth-Spirit arose from the ground. “Polymers, you have misused all of your resources. Now, you seek to claim the cared for land of the Aerosoles. I cannot allow this to happen.
