Today i'm writing about the life of Dorothea Tanning. She’s a Poet. I discovered her through Poetry Out Loud when I decided to read her poem All Hallows’ Eve. She was born on August 25,1910 and died not to long ago on January 31,2012. She somehow was about to live up to the age of 101. She was born and raised in Galesburg, Illinois. Unfortunately there isn't much information on her family and childhood. She attended Knox College for about 2 years before she went to Chicago and then to New York during that time she was a commercial artist. In 1946 she married an artist named Max Earnest. Soon after that with her husband she moved to Paris. They lived in Paris until max died in 1976 she moved back to New York. When she moved back that's when
