In the introduction, in the book The Pigman by Paul Zindel the three main characters are John and Lorraine and Mr. Pignati. Mr. Pignati was kind of an infantile person. In the book it informed that John’s avocation in the story is drinking and smoking. After John drinks or smokes his breath smells putrid When John was small his dad use to drink every time and when John was ten years old his father gave him beer to drink and since then he drinks a lot. Also, For John it was mundane for him to drink and smoke. John and Lorraine prevarications to their parents about going to see Mr. Pignati. John and Lorraine are friends with Mr. Pignati and their parents One time when John and Lorraine was sitting together on the school bus and John was laughing

Pignati, it was mundane for John and Lorraine go to Mr.Pignati’s house and sometimes they would even skip school to go to his house. John and Lorraine lied to Mr. Pignati about being a social worker. When John and Lorraine told the truth that they were a high school student and not a social worker Mr. Pignati forgive them and later in the story Mr. Pignati got a heart attack and he it was a predicament for him. Mr.Pignati was fine after the heart attack because the Doctors, who was helped Mr. Pignati when he had a heart attack were proficiency at their job. The day before Mr. Pignati was coming from the hospital because of his heart attack, John threw a party at the his house and Lorraine didn’t want to throw a party at his house. For the hors d’oeuvres John and Lorraine gave the people in the party chocolate covered ant. The book provides that when the Pigman came back from the hospital and saw everything he passed out and the police arrested John and Lorraine. In addition, John and Lorraine wanted to apologize to Mr. Pignati and called him and asked him if he could come to the zoo. When they came to the zoo, they found out that Bobo was dead and Mr. Pignati collapsed and died there. All things considered, John and Lorraine felt guilty about Mr.Pignati’s
