• The PICAC program has provided an important and useful opportunity for CALD advocates’ involvement in aged care planning. Most PICAC providers are broader CALD-focused organisations providing a range of services to CALD people in their respective states and territories. In addition to CALD consumers, PICAC providers often have regular contact with other family members and wider communities.
