I think that most classical liberals are very likely to support funding of Planned Parenthood because Planned Parenthood supports freedom from restriction and empowerment. Not to mention that Planned Parenthood funding is supported by over 60% of US citizens and liberals value the state as a contract between individuals thus liberals would be in favor of majority opinion.
