(a) Personality refers to the distinctive character and property among people. (b) MBTI personality theory has four preferences that help to improve our personality in human relationships and develop leadership skills and choose the right career. Extroversion is generally expressed as the “social,” the energy is focused outside and very sensitive to others and is an impulsive personality character. Introversion is an introspective nature, the energy is focused inside and tends to concern the various considerations carefully before deciding which one. Sensing is a feeling of the stimulation of awareness through the organ from in and out. (b) There are four learning styles in this field. Accommodators tend to learn by using hand and rely on people for information than analyze technical information. Divergers like to gather information and analyze by many different alternation and learn by observing. Convergers tend to deal with technical problems and focus on the solution. Assimilators tend to be concerned about practical ideas and notions, so prefer learning by observing and thinking. (c) My learning style is Divergers because I like to have more information gathering and want to have a diverse information from the different sources. (d) If we know people 's learning style, we can use more efficient ways to convey our message or concept without any obstacle to them. (e) I am very cautious to approach new thing; this makes me more nervous when I am with new people. I am lacking participation in an activity because I prefer listening than doing things.
