The United States is like a rose bed. There is the soil, the foundation of America. In our soil there are nutrients: the resilience our Founding Fathers, the blood of those who fought our wars, the tears of those who sacrificed their all for the America we have today. There are the petals, what makes America beautiful, like power, love, and family. We also have our thorns. The evils and pains lurking that are under all of that beauty. You do not notice those thorns until you look deeper, reaching out for that perfect melting pot we call USA. The America I believe in has its own beauties and blemishes.
