To begin with, I don’t believe it’s bad to dream. With my experience, I feel that dreams are often too unrealistic and impossible to achieve. When we read the novella ‘The Pearl’ by John Steinbeck, there was a character named Kino. He had found the ‘Pearl of the World’, and was dreaming of all of the things he’d be able to purchase with it. His dreams were too farfetched, passing the point of realistic. This dreaming caused his hopes to skyrocket, making him believe that all of those things were actually going to happen, leaving him in sorrow when none of them did. Dreams can be achievable only when they are made to be achieved.
