Obesity is spread throughout the world simply because consumption of food is greater then the physical active level performed. Additionally the fat in food has increased therefore individuals must increase the activity level in order for the energy to balance. Unfortunately inactivity has increased due to changes such as an inactive environment of many forms of labor (secretary or deskbound), changing approaches of transportation (buses and cars rather then walking), and the increase of urbanization. Following patterns of physical inactivity and consumption of food high in fats will automatically make a personal fall into the category for obesity due to a bad diet.

In gastric the surgeon constructs a small pouch at the top of the stomach. The small intestine is then cut a short distance below the main stomach and connected to this new pouch. Then the food and liquid flow directly from the pouch into this part of the intestine, bypassing most of the stomach most calories aren’t absorption. Weight-loss surgery can help a person lose as much as 50 percent or more of your excess body weight, but it isn 't a phenomenon obesity cure. It doesn 't guarantee that an individual will lose all excess weight or that it will keep off for a long term.
