I heard about the Paleo Diet three years ago. I thought the idea was innovative. Nothing I had heard about before. At first, I was impressed and excited about the idea. As I read about it, I could imagine myself eating that way for the rest of my life. It is one thing to read articles which are completely supportive about to subject, and another to actually try to accomplish it. Of course, they want to get to people to do this diet.

What might work for others, might not work out for you. Eating moderately is a start to being healthy. You can even mix and match different parts of different diets to fit what is best for you. For example, to take something positive about the Paleo Diet could be cutting off most of the processed foods. I would make an exception with milk. But definetely not base your meals of off meat. There is not an ideal diet. The best way to go is to research what you think might be better for yourself. Then add what you need and might be missing it, or drop what may not work for
