The Paladin Prophecy Analysis

In the novel, The Paladin Prophecy by Mark Frost, Will and his group of friends Nick, Ajay, Brooke, and Elise go on adventures to save the world from the Other Team. This novel is revolved around the themes of rules, trust, and friendship. At the start of this novel, Will West is jogging his way to high school when suddenly, a black sedan pops out of no-where. Will hears the voice of the man in his head saying that Will’s physical appearance matches with the picture. The black sedan starts chasing Will, when suddenly, his father gives him a text saying “RUN WILL”. Will wonders if this is a coincidence or not, but he runs as fast as he can to a restaurant anyways. After meeting each other, Will is advised to set up his tablet because he needs it for his classes. At the beginning, he turns on his tablet, and it immediately said to start the tutorial, instead, Will immediately clicks no. Now, as we all know, when we are setting something up that has to do with technology, we want all the help we can get. Obviously, from Will’s choice, it shows that he is very careless about technology. Will, goes to bed, and that morning, his pager reminds him that he has a meeting with Doctor Robbins, but first, he had to go to breakfast. So, he goes with Ajay, who talks with him on the way. He explains that since he trusts Will, he could let him on on a secret. Ajay tells Will that he has enhanced eyesight, and has a photographic memory. Will isn’t that surprised because he himself has incredibly fast speed. They both go to breakfast, and head to their classes. Later on, the group of five find an issue about this kid named Ronnie Murso and how he is related to this place called “The Crag”.
