The Outsiders-Literary Analysis-characterization

In The Outsiders by S.E. Hinton, there are many interesting characters. The character that I have chosen is the main character, Ponyboy; Now he is not like the others. The three main things about Pony is that he is concerned, fearful, and dependent. Pony is caring because he does not like to fight or kill anyone, he is fearful that the socs will jump or kill him, finally he is dependent because he cannot live without the gang, especially his brothers Darry and SodaPop.
Ponyboy is not like the Greasers you may know, he is concerned, nice, and generous. Some evidence on why is is concerned, nice, etc, is because he can
