I really liked the story “The Outsiders” it’s a very good story and it teaches you a lot of things about life, how a couple of years ago things were and many more things. The story is based in a group of teenagers. There were two groups: “The Greasers” and “The Socs”. The Socs were the group that had a lot of money and lived in rich avenues and things like that, and The Greasers were the ones that didn't had much money and lived in little houses. The main characters are Ponyboy, Johnny, Dallas, Sodapop, Darry and Two-Bit (The main characters are all greasers). Ponyboy and Johnny were very good friends Ponyboy was 13 years old and Johnny 16. They were four against two and two of the Socs grabbed Johnny and the other two to Ponyboy. They kicked and punched Johnny and they were sinking Ponyboy in water so Johnny stood up and grabbed his knife and killed a Soc named Bob. Johnny and Ponyboy didn't knew were to go so they went to Dallas and Dallas gave them: a gun, 50 dollars and information about a train they had to get to escape from town to windrxeville. It was a little town that had an abandoned church so they went to that church for refuge and to hide from the police that was searching for him. Five days later, Dallas went to the church to see how’s everything and they went on a ride in Dallas’s car and when they camed back they saw that the church was burning and had child in the inside so they entered and got all of the child out, but Johnny burned all of his back and he was in a very bad situation. All of them came back and were in the hospital so they stayed there for a little time but Johnny was very bad. Then the fight between the Greasers and the Socs started and the greasers won.Dallas and Ponyboy happy that they had won they went to the hospital to tell Johnny that they had won the Socs in the fight, but the reaction of Johnny to that surprised them, Johnny wasn't happy and he telled Ponyboy “stay Gold” and then he died. Dallas was very mad and so he robbed a store and he ran and the police followed him and the police finally got him but Dallas brought out his unarmed pistol and the police thought he was going to shoot them so they killed him. Then Ponyboy had a fight with Darry and Sodapop runs out of the house and he tells them that he didn't wanted them to keep fighting so they promised to stop and they went happy to their home. When Ponyboy arrives home, he sees the book that Johnny gave him, Ponyboy founded a handwritten note from Johnny telling him to stay
