Introduction
This paper introduces the Starbucks organizational behavior. It has five parts in the paper. First, this paper introduces the company’s background and history. Second, this paper presents three cultural of Starbucks’ organizational behavior, which are leadership, human resource and management globalization. Third, giving a conclusion of this paper. Fourth, what we have learned in this paper. At last, the reference of this paper.
History of Starbucks

Globalization offers numerous benefits to organizations in terms of larger markets, lower costs, and greater access to knowledge and innovation. (McShane & Glinow, 2013, P. 18, P.19)
How did Starbucks turn a global business into a local brand? Most people think of a local business as the neighborhood store. Nowadays, think globally and act locally is the trend of international companies. The concept of “local” for Starbucks fit into by making their customers feel like at any store when they walk into will have the same feeling in the U.S.A. (EL-Barachi,2015)
Starbucks carefully designs their locations to cater to local and cultural In China, Starbucks bringing in coffee-free beverages like a Red Bean Green Tea Frappuccino. In Japan, the company launched a new concept store “inspired by STARBUCKS” and it sold wine. (EL-Barachi,2015)
Starbucks also designs stores for the local consumer. For example, in Asian countries, Starbucks creates a more comfortable seating arrangement with more ease- movable tables and chairs in their stores. (EL-Barachi,2015) Figure.1 Current Starbucks is present in 72 countries and over 24,000
