They didn't have proof that the Japanese were going to do anything against America, but the Supreme Court were accusing the Japanese for being criminals with no wrongdoing. The government was also wrong for mistreating all the Japanese and Japanese American people, because not only were they sending them to internment camps, but they were also destroying documents that protected their rights.
