The second lie that I used to lie is the Omission. The Omission is a lie where one tells most of the truth except for a couple key points that would change the story. In the essay, Ericsson gives an example that “You break a pair of glasses that are guaranteed under normal use and get a new pair, without mentioning that the first pair broke during a rowdy game of basketball”(477).
