The book of Zechariah has many places where Jesus can be seen in multiple ways. A few of the ways he can be seen in through the Old Testament is typology, symbolism, Old Testament offices, or prophecy. Jesus is found in Zechariah through typology mainly, as Zechariah talks of his many visions. Not only is Jesus seen in the book of Zechariah, but he is fulfilled in the New
Testament in multiple books of the Bible. The Old Testament is a crucial part of the Bible to see the full picture. Without the Old Testament, the New Testament would be very difficult to understand as the Old Testament is an indispensable guide for understanding all of the events of the New Testament.
