As known in the medical profession, nursing challenges can be very vast. The nursing shortage is very complex and it creates a gap; most importantly safety for the patients and lack of care with less help at hand. Gaps between the staff nursing shortage impacts patient safety with not enough care/staff/ratio per patient and time spent with patients. Nursing is the second greatest job growth of all the U.S. professions.
