Introduction to the scenario: In the given scenario, the job position which I have chosen the NSW health promotion position. I had recently applied for the position and fortunately got shortlisted for the same. This is my first position and I am collecting as much information as I can, to put my best for this job.

Philosophy is to make a professional specialization in keeping up the enhancing the strength of populaces and diminishing well-being disparities among populace groups through the same activities. Building healthy and solid public health policies and procedures, creating steady supportive atmosphere, to strengthen community actions, creating individual aptitudes, and reorienting wellbeing services. I will prioritize to arrange, improve, assessment, plan, implement and evaluate the health literacy approaches. The major actions will include the implementation of policies and projects by utilizing health education, broad communication, group improvement and group engagement procedures and social marketing. Workforce advancement and limit building systems will be likewise vital segments of health promotion as the most important role of mine.
