It is harder to reach common grounds when everyone focuses on winning over the opponent other than focusing on the issue at hand. If one cannot simply reach a compromise or a resolution, it will only hinder the progress or even a nation’s. It can even a torn down a nation because of the conflicts of opinions and views. It is surely a discussion between the two opposition sides to solely discuss. It is not to argue.…

Today, in this courtroom John will be found not guilty. The answer is right in front of our faces and to continue this argument would not only waste Mr. and Mrs. Smith’s time, but it also would be wasting the judge and juries time. This particular case should not be looked at as more important that any other case with a similar situation. John did what was right and what was necessary. “Mere ebullitions of passion, impulsive violence, and temporary pain, affection will soon forget and forgive, and each member will find excuse for the other in his own frailties.”…

Murder's Stellar Audiovisual Design When the player has little-to-no direct influence over proceedings, it runs the risk of feeling lifeless--like you're simply staring at a low-poly painting. Thankfully, Murder remains engrossing throughout, in large part due to its audiovisual design. Murder's electronic soundtrack--complete with wavy synths and infectious rhythms--compliments both the immediate action on screen and overall narrative. Please excuse the poor wording, but KubixXx' soundtrack seems like the only one Murder could possibly have--it fits that well. Its versatility enables it to accompany both slower explorative sections as well as more intense ones equally well.…

In the Clutter’s crime, Perry changed his final testimony to that he killed the whole Clutter family, not Dick. However, the result of the trial is to give both of them death penalty, that didn’t make sense because if both the testimony and the evidences couldn’t show that Dick murdered people, why he was punished by death penalty. There were also miscalculations in the crime of Avery which most caused by the bias of the police officers. Avery was charged by a rape crime, which evidences were forged by the police in 1985, they changed the picture of the suspect to a man which was like Avery although was different from the description of the victim and they also ignored the alibi of Avery proved by 22 people. Another charge of Avery after he was finally free in 2005 was the police thought he murdered Teresa, however, the evidences of the crime were mostly fake, parts of Teresa’s burned bones were found in Avery’s yard and her car key was found in Avery’s room, but the bones had unusual fracture and were separated located in another two places, and there was no Teresa’s finger print on her car key.…

THE CASE AGAINST RALPH ARMSTRONG In late 2015, Wisconsin’s criminal justice came to the fore of the nation’s public consciousness with the Making a Murderer documentary series. The series detailed the handling of Steven Avery’s murder case in 2007 and how it related to his exoneration in an earlier wrongly convicted rape case in 1985. Both of his cases fell under a heavy cloud of doubt in the veracity of the investigation, the validity of the charges against him and the trial that imprisoned him.…

Any viewer is automatically going to take his side because of the clever way they put the series together, playing on all the naïve viewers emotions. The series leaves out a lot of evidence, for example: the interview with his ex-girlfriend, Jodi Stokowski. They also left out how Halbach had told her boss a few days before she went to Avery’s property, she didn’t want to go back because she was “creeped out” after speaking with him. I think this says it all really.…
