The fourth tier of the Social Ecological Model is community, which looks at the relationships between different organizations. One example of this is the relationship between social media networks and the workplace. Many businesses are using social networking to promote themselves. Although this is good, there can be some negatives to employees using social media. Networking using social media can affect productivity, knowledge, and motivation in the workplace. There have been many reports of job loss due to social media issues. Research from the Journal of Vocational Behavior, shows the unemployed people are twice as likely to suffer from psychological issues than employed people. The “Authentic Names” project which produced by Facebook would be the most ideal attempt of using real name in social media. About this real name policy, the customers of those social media gives different point of view among it. The comments of real name policy are mostly negative; it is because that people think their freedom of speech would be lost after using real personal info on internet. According to research, about half of Weibo users are real name signed. And this forced people using Weibo talk much more properly and careful compare to other social media in China.
