The more access children have to technology the more prone they are to not being physically active. In today’s society, children would much rather spend their day playing video games or watching their favorite television show instead of spending the day outside playing with their friends. People could be multiple hours away from each other and be able to have a conversation with one another very easily due to things like cell phones and facetiming. It is also very helpful with school. Technology allows students to conduct research very easily instead of having to go to the library and digging through multiple books to find information. For small businesses technology is essential to help promote their services. With things such as Facebook and Twitter, businesses can get their name out very easily for no cost at all.
