Steve Jobs (2015) by Danny Boyle was more than a simple biography of the famous Steve Jobs. From the beginning right to the end, the film gave us a perspective of how much technology turning Steve Jobs into Apple’s iconic mascot, but the scars of his failures that remain on both Jobs and Apple. The film showcased both positive and negative changes to both Steve Jobs and Apple themselves as they attempt to work together to make a reputation of themselves and keep it in good condition. As Apple and Steve Jobs began their miniscule start in the technology industry, they have faced internal struggles full of trial and error. The iMac was a great leap in terms of both innovation and versatility compared to it’s competition and especially the iMac’s predecessors. The computer stamped Apple’s icon as one of the best tech innovators of the century and Steve Job as Apple’s prime mascot. For Steve Job, it was more than being the figurehead, but turning a new leaf. Jobs not only reconciled all of his mistakes with his family and previous coworkers, but also gain a new found attitude towards his work ethics. In addition with Job’s more respectable personality, the relationship between him and the boards of Apple also respect Jobs as a bright individual rather than a man with an enormous ego. While Steve Jobs was criticized for not acknowledging his previous teammate’s effort on the previous Apple computers, Jobs feel it was best for him to move forward and ignore his mistakes rather than letting them cloud his mind like in the …show more content…
When they first started off, they had a simple machine called the Macintosh. Before their first announcement of the machines, Steve Jobs had to tackle two issues before the main event being. First, the Macintosh did not properly ran a couple of commands the way Jobs wanted it to do, so he ordered his co-workers to quickly code the machine before the event starts which was in an hour. Eventually this lead to strain between Jobs and his co-workers where they feel pressured and distrust between themselves. Furthermore, Steve Jobs had an encounter with his ex-girlfriend Chrisann and their daughter Lisa. To shield Lisa from the ongoing toxicity between Jobs and Chrisann, Lisa was given permission to play on the Macintosh so that way she can pay little to no attention towards the hostility that is created. In the end, while Macintosh was considered a mix-bag results by the media, the machine introduced how strict and difficult of a partner Steve Jobs was. Not to mention, the machine allowed Steve Jobs to not only provides a means of advertisement with it’s simplicity but also provided a bubble for Lisa to stay in to avoid the ongoing drama between him and
