The Negative Impacts Of Disney's Positive Culture

Although Disney has a positive culture, it has a strong culture which might cause negative impacts in the organization such as limiting the diversity of thought and retaining similar people. That may drive to routinization environment. Because I prefer to work in a place where the diversity, innovation, renewal activities, and flexible working taking a place in the organization, I feel that I am not a good fit with Disney’s core culture and values.
Furthermore, I think that my coworker would fit with Disney because the environment almost aligned with his values, personality, skills, career goals, and the culture. Due to the feeling of steady, he will be more productivity in a place where there are no frequent changes in the culture.
