The amount of skill and time it takes to control a self driving car is a lot...so imagine if the controls messed up on you. According to a passage, it states that “The cars are not able to operate at a high level of safety in all weather conditions. The car is already programed to know when to stop, go, turn left, and turn right. But all the sudden it can't due to the sensor being interrupted by mother nature.
