Another reason why technology is having a negative effect on people is when they see something online or on TV they feel they need to have and give out all of their information to an advertisement that is a scam. That advertisement is not only taking someone's well earned money but it is also taking someone's identity. Now a days their are so may apps that require you to full out some information some may realize they don't need the app, others not so much.
