Hectic lifestyle accompanies by proliferation of cutting edge technology, and smartphone is one of them. Based on recent researches, smartphone have negative impacts on our lives, it have damaged not only physical and mental health, but also relationships.

Overusing smartphone is a recipe for diminishing cognitive ability. As stated in Medical Daily website, using our cell phones can make us distract from people and our surroundings. Besides, a 2014 study published in the journal Social Psychology showed that the mere presence of our phones lower cognitive ability and level of attention, even without using it. Even worse, using smartphone associated with lowering productivity. They spend a lot of time on our viral lives, and we lose sight of the beauty of the everyday.
